  • There will be problems , there are two type of people "who raise early" "who raise late" 
  • I feel like I walk away from meeting not saying what i want to say something 
  • I feel like if i say something i will be singled out 
  • Many meeting i come out saying "oh my god he is not ready to listen"
  • Do not skirt the issue , no body talking real problems
  • Rescope 
  • Burnout is not a way to sustain (this team has been burn out) 
  • As a team we gel well , if there is a problem we should feel empowered to bring it up

  • We need to make sure there is no Lack of transparency  
  • Its imp to think scale ,  imp to think XYZ  
  • Head count allocation strategy. We will need a PE’s full attention on XYZ.  
  • I would want us to be strategic about this as well... we need to think revenue as well  ,file imports alone cannot get x million  

  • May be we should take this as an opportunity as of how do we talk about cross team dependencies.   

  • When i asked leadership what is top 3 for our group , and draw a conclusion around it .. everyone’s top 3 was different , but there were common themese i could draw from it ...
