For one to feel competent one needs to be given feedback , given recognition.
One need to be a "Success Seeker" not a "Failure Avoider".

- Can you do it ?
- do you have time , knowledge , skills to do it - Will it work ?
- Is it worth it ? : theory "selection by consequences"
