1) Unhealthy belief about ourself
We tend to feel sorry for  ourself its ok to be sad but self pity goes beyond it
Self Pity goes beyond being sad ( it keeps you stuck) : start magnifying your misfortune .... keeps you focussed on prob... keeps you from finding soln of problem. even if you can find soln you can make your own or someones life better, but u cant do that when you are hosting your own pity party.

2) Unhealthy belief about others
We think other people can control us , and we give away our power.
When you say "that person is not nicest" : but still its your choice how to respond.

3) Unhealthy belief about world
We tend to think that world ows us something. We think if i put in enough hard work i deserve success. if it doesn't happen we tend to be sad.

Secret to be mentally strong is "to give up your bad mental habits". If you want to be physically strong goto gym , give up junk food.

  1. Make up good habit like gratitude 
  2. Give up bad habits like resenting others success... Only person you need to compare to , is the person you were yesterday.
You have to believe you can change it.... You are not destined to be doom.
